Prosecco Bottega Gold, MINI
Prosecco Bottega Gold contains hand-selected grapes and gently pressed in the winery. The must obtained is kept in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve its freshness. This is followed by fermentation in an autoclave for almost 40 days at a controlled temperature of 14-15 °C with the addition of selected yeasts (Charmat method). Prosecco of pale yellow color with characteristic fruity and floral aromas, of green apple, Williams pear, fresh grapes, acacia flowers and lily of the valley. Soft, harmonious and elegant. Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood dishes. We recommend enjoying it chilled at 7-9 °C.
Prosecco Bottega Rosé Gold, MINI
Prosecco Bottega Rosé Gold contains hand-selected grapes and gently pressed in the winery. It is made exclusively from Pinot Nero grapes. It is characterized by a delicate pink color and elegant perlage. The aroma is intense, complex with tones of flowers, red berries and wild strawberries. The taste is fresh, delicate and energetic with a long aromatic finish. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 4-5°C as an aperitif, or it can be served with vegetable dishes, fish, white meat and cheeses.
